The idea for da surreal cafe began when Raven attended Tom Finnegan's Life's Work Center, Inc. many years ago. As all things it has evolved since then. We are always learning, experiencing and sharing. All part of being open to the imagination and to creativity.
Social Media has since opened up many ways to share these ideas and get the word out. It is just a matter of learning how to blog, to post photos and videos (which is next on my list), to find resources and links, and make connections with you, the reader.
Working on the website, this blog and on our Facebook page is given me the opportunity to expand. To actively engage with creative thoughts, images, and concepts that may be new for you. As an artist I get to play with words and pictures so you the viewer can find delight and inspiration. Working with Raven and getting his vision into dasurrealcafe.com is why this is not just a place to show creative works, but a way to introduce and hopefully help explain our next evolutionary stage.
Help us make the ideas presented in da surreal cafe a reality. Participate, learn, share and connect!
